Hot-melt adhesives are most applied at relatively 
high temperatures, between 140°C and 180°C (Average 160°C). In these temperature ranges the viscosity is low enough to be processeed in typical hot-melt equipment (Nordson®, Robatech®, Melton®, ITW Dynatec®, UES®, Meler®) .

The method describes a laboratory test for evaluating the resistance to ply separation of solid or corrugated fiberboard after exposure to water. It is intended primarily to distinguish between boards fabricated with weather resistant adhesives and those with nonweather -resistant adhesives.The test performed at Intercol is done with corrugated board.
H4776 High thermostability hot melt adhesive is an adhesive formulated as a fast, general packaging hotmelt. This adhesive has a fast setting speed for high speed packaging operations combined with good adhesion to more difficult substrates.
