Intercol's vinyl-acrylic copolymer adhesives or our PR0538 range are with stiff handle, with good crosslinkability features;
it is suitable as binder for waddings, used for insulation purpossed, for filtration (filter material binder), in furnishing and in clothing fields, etc.
Our PR0538 copolymer EVA dispersion adhesive binder shows a 1-component self-crosslinking behaviour. The best crosslinking condition is achieved when the resin is heated up to 150C. Crosslinking of the PR0538 gives the film a good water and chlorinated solvents resistance and improves its mechanical bonding strength.
