Special colour demands:
Our PUR formulations in mixed state are cream coloured. Black, Blue and Grey colour variations are available on request.
Pur 277 has a natural white colour.
Packaging & Lead-time:
Intercol meets and exceeds customer demands and expectations. We supply our customers with stock items to minimize lead-times. For special (tailor made) products we are able to supply within 1 week. A component: 10 kgs minimum, 20 en 145 kgs pails or drums. B-component: 5 liter screw-top container, 60 kgs drums of 250 kgs barrels
1-component PUR adhesives:
We at Intercol develop and manufacture 1-component PUR adhesives for the professional industrial market. Our extensive product range varies from traditional foaming (under influence of ambient humidity) construction formulations to specific customer based tailor made products. Applications such as bonding miniral materials to metal substrates with either a low viscosity, well flowing formulation or high viscosity products to create a certain mass of the applied adhesive. Our products are suitable for bonding extremely porous materials such as chipboard and materials used in the insulation industry.
Coaching in commissioning application equipment:
A top quality adhesive is not garanteed to do the job, when wrongly applied. Even the application method is an important factor in the final bond quality. Intercol spents a lot of time and effort in training and informing customers how to use our products to obtain the highest quality bonds possible.
