High viscosity, high solids, very fast setting time
Special features:
The adhesive is used for bonding plywood panels.
On one side of a plywood panel Adhesive PR 0632 is applied. After drying, another plywood panel supplied with pressure sensitive hotmelt is positioned on top of it.

Composition : poly-vinylacetate based dispersion adhesive
Brookfield viscosity : 30.000 mPa.s (HAT; spindle 6; 20 rpm; 20oC)
Solid content : 60,0 %
pH : 5,5
Colour : white
Application in food packaging : conforms FDA CFR 21 ยง 175.105 (adhesives)
Method of application:
Application by means of roller with doctor knife.
Cleaning:
Cleaning can be performed with water.
Packaging:
30 ltr. drum. - 1000 ltr. container.
Storage:
Keep the containers closed and preferably stored at roomtemperature.
The adhesive is sensitive to frost.
The shelf life is 6 months.
