Special features:
PR0760 SML12 is developed for side-seam applications in the folding carton industry.
Special properties of the adhesive:
perfect glue dots and lines, without “trailing” or “hammerheads”
clean running by excellent glue line cut-off
good restart of extrusion after temporary machine shut down (no nozle blocking)
fast setting speed
excellent bond quality
suited for bonding heavily coated or varnished board and PVC foil on porous substrates

Composition : adhesive based on co-polymer dispersion
Brookfield viscosity : 640 mPa.s (HAT; spindle 2; 50 rpm; 20oC)
Solid content : 52,9 %
pH : 4,6
Colour : white
Application in EU food packaging:
Conform European Regulations on Food Safety set forth in the frame work law (1935/2004/EG) and the Plastics Implementation Measure (PIM, 10/2011/EG) , this adhesive can be safely used in food packaging. It is the duty of the converter to test the final products’ food safety.
Application in US food packaging:
conforms to FDA CFR 21 § 175.105 (adhesives)
Method of application:
PR0760 is suited for high pressure non-contact extrusion systems.
Cleaning:
Cleaning can be performed with water.
Packaging:
30 kgs. drum. - 1000 ltr. returnable container.
Storage:
Keep the containers closed and store preferably at room temperature.
The adhesive is sensitive to frost.
The shelf life is 6 months.
