Reclosable - Re-sealing - tape - hot melt for food trays
Resealable, reclosable, rubber based hot melt adhesives are used for many purposes, such as sending samples within letters, promotional campaigns, and reclosable (food) packagings, such as sliced meat. Our low odour hot melt adhesives (Semi Pressure Sensitive HMA's).
Hot melt H4092 is peelable pressure sensitive hotmelt. The adhesive has been formulated to be non migrating, and remain upon the surface it was applied to. Pressure sensitive Hot melt adhesive H4092 is clear in colour, allowing use on claer films. Hotmelt H4092 has been formulated to use as an adhesive for resealable polybags where a differential resealable bond is required. Technical characteristics: Adhesive type : synthetic polymer based hotmelt Brookfield viscosity : 1.650 mPa.s @ 160°C Ball & Ring softening point : 80°C Open time : permanent Setting speed : medium Molten tack : high Colour : white wite Presentation : eco block Application in Food Packaging : conforms to FDA CFR. 21.175.105 & 21.176.80 (adhesives) Suggested application temperature: 140°C – 180°C depending upon substrates to be bonded. Packaging: 15 kgs. carton. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place preferably at 5°C – 25°C. Use “first in first out” principle.
