Intercol produces various Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) recipes, compositions, dissolved in water.
In the 70's Intercol Industrial Adhesives began developing its own formulations for adhesives based on various polymers such as PVA, dispersion, starch and gelatin. In addition to 3 comprehensive laboratories Intercol features (vacuum) production mixing tanks and mixers for the production of the most different (tailor-made), adhesives, coatings and casting resins. Recently, the adhesive laboratory expanded.
Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVOH, PVA, PVAl) is a water-soluble synthetic polymer. It can be used in papermaking, textiles, and a variety of adhesives and/or coatings. Generyally it is white (colourless) and odorless. At Intercol we are able to adapt mixtures, recipies and compositions of waterbased PVA.
