Intercol's hot melt compounds are mainly used in the adhesive industry, to serve paper, carton, corrugated and packaging purposes, such as pirmay and secondary food packagings and labelling applications (in line labelling applications and self adhesive label manufacturing.
Our main products are based on thermoplastic polymers, like EVA and Polyolefin (metallocene), our main additives are waxes and resins.
Our main PSA products are based on thermoplastic Rubbers, with it's main additives resins and oils.
Besides our adhesive product range, we provide the ability for toll manufacturing thermoplastic hot melt compounds. Depending on it's properties, we are able to fill this in bigbags (prills, pearls), or in sacks. PSA adhesives can be plastic foil wrapped or filled in sillicone wrapped paper blocks.
Intercol as an adhesive manufacturer offers toll manufacturing of waterbased chemical products as well, like dextrin, starch, PVA, Poval and dispersions.
