Due to high green strength and fast setting, these hot melt adhesives ensure a strong bond of the packaging even with poor compression or extrme high line speeds. Our Polyolefin hot melt adhesives master challenging conditions such as high forces, a wide range of adhesion to difficult to bond substrates, even in deepfreeze and tropical circumstances. The polyolefine hot melt adhesives provide excellent flow performance of the granulate in auto feeders (autofill hot melt systems), these polyolefins can be processed on melting units with automatic feed systems from all manufacturers. Even for older versions which may require special adhesives, we provide special coated prills or pallets on the special products. Our hot melt adhesives offer high stability in the melt, ar odourless, and meet the demands of food contact regulations such as EU-regulations, FDA and BRC. Of course our standard hot melt adhesives offer relatively good resistant to high ambient temperatures during hot fill or transport to hot or mediterranean countries. On the other side the created bonds withstand low temperatures down to -40 °C, required mostly in deep-freeze applications
