PSA adhesive coatings
Intercol adhesives produces and manufacturers PSA hot melt adhesives for Laminating-Converting purposes. We offer custom-made adhesives, both waterbased and hot melt adhesives.
With our experienced team in laminating and coating in several applications, such as rollercoating and slot-coating, we are capable to meet many customer specific coating requirements. As one of the few in the market we own three different laminating and coating techniques.
By means of our state-of-the-art adhesives research departments we are able to test many different substrates, such as polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, several textiles, jute, linen, PLA, paper and wood. (PP, spunbond, polyester, cotton, bamboo etc.)
We offer several adhesives techniques, (thermoplastic hot melts, acrylates) in powder, liquid and manual fill packagings.( pressure sensitive adhesive, coPA, coPES, PE, PP, E.V.A. etc. etc.)
Intercol's products are used in wide area of applications, such as Self adhesives window covering, wall covering, insulation, personal protection, noise reduction, automotive, cloths etc.
