Corrugated Carton & Solid board adhesives
for solid board and corrugated cartons, Intercol has developed several adhesives, mainly for side seem (Langsnaht) or construction glueing of solid board trays(Cartons).
For end of line applications with Standard cases and boxes, also known as American cases, FEFCO 0201s, or regular slotted containers (RSC) -we supply standard hot melts or specialized hot melt in case of low-deep-freeze temperatures, High ambient temperatures or heavy coated or laminated paperboard.
For fish boxes, we have developed water resistant waterbased adhesives (dispersions) and strong bonding hot melt adhesives, EVA, PO, or PSA grades are available.
For high speed machine erect based cartons, we have developed special grade hot melts with an extreme fast setting time.
For corrugated cardboard or moisture resistant solid board boxes, we developed a range of adhesives specifically for the packaging of fresh, frozen or vacuum packed meat and poultry products
For Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) we have introduced new machine and unpacking techniques, such as the use of re-openable, reclosable or removable adhesives. For easy opening of the packaging, or easy remove the lid of cartons.
For microwave applications, we have deloped specially heat resistance waterbased adhesives. speciallised hot melt adhesives that are non smelling and food grade.
For display products we have some long open time, fast setting hot melt adhesives.
