Our product assembly range hot melt adhesives is used in several industries, such as the automotive industry to bond foam, acoustic composites, textiles, trim, headliner components and many other sub assembly products. In addition, Intercol has successfully developed new hot melt adhesives for endless production performance in critical applications within e.g. the global telecommunications cable market (Cable assembly).
Our thermoplastic hotmelts are capable Bonding plastic, partitioning, builindg materials, insulation, sound deadening and anti-heave products are among the construction and civil engineering markets’ . We develop our hotmelt adhesives to have a wide ranging of application parameters. For white goods and electronic appliances industry, Intercol Adhesives' laboratory has formulated products to seal plug holes and hold control panels, hot air, heat exchanging conveyors and gaskets firmly in position. Traditional filter production processes have been rewritten through the replacement of mechanical fasteners by glue. Being non toxic and solvent free adhesive, hot melt adhesives are replacing many solvent based adhesives in the manufacturing of mattresses, foamed products, seating and furniture and are being increasingly used to form gaskets in-situ to deliver significant time and cost savings, by delivering an higher production output.
