With hot melt adhesives you can reach optimal production results in the production process. Products going by on a conveyor belt, don't have to stop for applying nails, clamps or screws.

Above that, products will not be damaged, no holes are made, and no scratching occurs. Because gluing is only attaching to the outer surface.

Pocket Spring matress assembly hot melt adhesives

Some standard hot melt adhesives for Pocket Spring Manufacture are running well on the pocket spring matress manufacturing machines but it tend to be brittle and have quite poor adhesion. Intercol's new hot melt, EHM 9502 - was developed customer specific.. This new developed hot melt is odour free, flexible, has a fast melt rate providing strong adhesion and smooth running on existing machinery. Hotmelt adhesive EHM 9502 has improved adhesion, especially at low temperatures.
