Tile spacing products - polymers - hot melts
Hotmelt is often used as a tile-spacer in productions. It can be applied at hot or cold tiles. Mostly a second tile is put on top. Tiles might go into the oven at 100 °C with e.g. a weight of 1 kg on top for 1 h. After cooling down the adhesion is observed.
It requries the hotmelt to give no fibre-tear or any damage to the substrates. No bleeding (oil coming out of the hot melt)
