Tankless hotmelt systems, like the Invisipac, are vacuum feeded systems, processing 11,5 kg hotmelt every hour and can be up to operating temperature and running production in less than 10 minutes. It is melting adhesives just on demand, hence the adhesive spends less time at high temperature; reduction of char and it’s negative side effects; nozzle plugging and equipment damages. Tank-less-maintenance and more uptime, improving the production efficiency, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% and adhesive consumption some 15%.
