Metallocene Polyolefin Hot melt adhesives (food packaging)
Modern metallocene polyolefin hot melt adhesives from Intercol are develloped for very versatile processing properties and resistat challenging conditions such as deef freeze, and hot climates. The metallocene polyolefine hot melts are high-performance adhesives, which easily meet even the highest requirements in respect to EVA hot melt adhesives, and are rewarded in the food packaging industry.
Besides excellent adhesion, superior fast setting (0.1 secods), and no stringing by unique formulations, the hot melt adhesive range also includes low-temperature hot melts. A low (melt) processing temperature of these adhesives, starting from 100 °C, providing energy savings and a positive effect on workplace safety.
Currently “green” alternatives are devloped which are formulated with biodegradable, renewable, or biobased raw materials and therefore are particularly sustainable.
